Description
This Hall Effect Experiment Apparatus enables students to perform six different experiments. First, they study the Hall effect principle and investigate suitable materials for Hall devices. Second, they use the symmetric measurement method to eliminate interference effects and measure the output characteristics of the Hall device. They analyze how Hall voltage varies with device current and magnetic field, and plot Vh–Ih and Vh–Im curves.
Third, students determine the conductivity type, carrier concentration, and mobility of the sample. Fourth, they map the magnetic field distribution along a long solenoid. Fifth, they measure the magnetic field distribution along the axis of a single coil and a pair of Helmholtz coils, and verify the principle of field superposition. Sixth, an optional experiment allows students to vary the distance between two coils (R/2, R, and 2R) and measure the magnetic field at each position. This system covers a wide range of electromagnetism experiments.

Coaxial Coils and Clear Scale
This Hall Effect Experiment Apparatus integrates a solenoid and Helmholtz coils along the same axis. The coil sleeve diameter is 86 mm, and the Helmholtz coil inner diameter is 87 mm. The magnetic core has negligible residual magnetism. The Helmholtz coils can be adjusted axially by ±100 mm. Each Helmholtz coil has 252 turns, while the solenoid has 3,250 turns.
The measuring scale is 300 mm long with 1 mm divisions, and readings can be estimated to 0.1 mm. It features both coarse and fine adjustment. The Hall sensor is protected by a transparent cover with a 23 mm diameter, ensuring safe and stable operation for students.
Integrated and Stable Design
This Hall Effect Experiment Apparatus integrates all components into a single unit. The excitation current source ranges from 0 to 0.8 A, with fine adjustment below 1 mA and stability better than 10⁻⁵. The Hall current source ranges from 0 to 2 mA, with fine adjustment below 10 μA and similar stability of 10⁻⁵.
The Hall voltage meter measures from 0 to 20 mV with a resolution of 10 μV. All readings are displayed on 3.5-digit LED displays. The system dimensions are 442 × 295 × 230 mm. Our company was founded in 2000 and has 26 employees. We support OEM and ODM services, with a minimum order quantity of one unit. This product is well suited for electromagnetism laboratory teaching.
