Model LB-DPB is an all-in-one experimental instrument developed for physics thermodynamics teaching in colleges and vocational schools. It precisely measures the boiling point of liquids under different pressures, visually demonstrating the physical correlation between pressure and boiling point, making it a core teaching device for fundamental thermal experiments.


The apparatus covers a working pressure range of –0.07 MPa to +0.07 MPa, equipped with a differential-pressure vacuum gauge (range –0.1 MPa ~ +0.15 MPa, accuracy class 1.6). Pressure measurement error is kept within 5%, reliably supporting both negative-pressure and positive-pressure test conditions. The temperature measurement module uses a 3½-digit digital thermometer (range 0–100.0°C, resolution 0.1°C), with boiling-point temperature error ≤1%. Data is refreshed in real time, ensuring clear and intuitive readings.

The unit features an optimized integrated benchtop design, with external dimensions of 35 cm × 28 cm × 42 cm for compact placement. It includes a heating flask (diameter 78 mm, height 210 mm) with a large 150×19 mm observation window and a built-in red-light illumination system, allowing full-view, clear observation of bubble formation and dynamic changes during boiling – delivering vivid and engaging experimental demonstrations.

 

This Boiling Point and Vapor Pressure Apparatus supports two core experiments: investigating the variation of liquid boiling point with pressure and plotting the relationship curve, as well as calculating the latent heat of vaporization for water and other liquids. The built-in vacuum pump and pressure pump are oil-free, maintenance-free, and splash-proof, offering long service life and low upkeep costs. It works with non-corrosive liquids such as water and alcohol, meeting diverse teaching and experimental needs.
