Six Experiments in One Box

This Thermal Physics Experiment Apparatus supports six different experiments. First, it measures the thermal conductivity of non-metals using a quasi-steady method. Second, it measures the thermal conductivity of metals. Third, it determines the specific heat capacity of metals. Fourth, it measures the thermal conductivity of air. Fifth, it determines the thermal expansion coefficient of metals. Sixth, it introduces students to PID temperature control.

The device is equipped with four sensor input ports, each capable of measuring different physical quantities. It can measure temperature and voltage, temperature and current, or-when an external pressure sensor is added-temperature and pressure. This system is highly flexible for teaching laboratories.

Four Displays and Three Timers

 

This Thermal Physics Experiment Apparatus displays four measurements simultaneously, each shown on a 3.5-digit display. The copper, aluminum, and rubber disks each have a diameter of 120 mm and a thickness of 15 mm. The built-in timer offers three modes: Mode 1 ranges from 0.1 to 999.9 seconds with 0.1 s accuracy; Mode 2 ranges from 0.01 to 999.99 seconds with 0.01 s accuracy; Mode 3 ranges from 0.001 to 99.999 seconds with 0.001 s accuracy. The PID temperature control system has a resolution of 0.1 °C and an accuracy of ±0.2 °C, allowing stable and precise temperature control. Students can clearly observe stable temperature conditions during experiments.

 

Two Power Outputs for Extended Use

 

This Thermal Physics Experiment Apparatus also provides two regulated power outputs: 12 V / 1 A and 5 V / 1 A. These outputs can be used for additional student-designed experiments. Our factory covers 1200 square meters and employs 26 staff members. We have an in-house R&D team, and our products comply with local environmental standards.
