The solid F–P etalon integrates three components: an etalon, a filter, and a polarizer. The etalon is made of quartz crystal, ensuring long-term dimensional stability. The clear aperture is 20 mm, with a surface flatness of λ/100 and parallelism of 0.02 arcseconds. This system is highly compact and suitable for modern teaching laboratories.

High-Precision Optical Components
